Milton Cruel Necessity

Gravity, Banbury Beer Festival. Officially this was not ready to be served, but finally got to try it by insisting that Americans don’t mind cloudy beer. Not sure if that is entirely valid as a blanket statement, but the tiny haze in this shiny gold beer (a bit of white head) certainly didn’t bother this particular American. Light tropical fruit aroma, vanilla, sweet sticky perfume. Funky phenolic flavor, bananas, apples. Clean sweet malt, mineral finish. Nice beer, and significanly softer alcohol presense than the weaker Milton Cyclops tasted immediately before.
