Cask, Newark Fest 08. Golden with a small head. Aromas are toffee malts with straw and citrus. Grapefruit bitterness with peppery notes. Flavours are biscuit malts with grapefruit pith bitterness. Dry on the finish with harsh alcohol considering its %.

Cask gravity @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020508)

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Beer Festival.
Solid gold with a slim white head and excellent condition. Peaty, earthy and slightly sweet. Light tobacco and dust. Excellent grassy hops balanced with dryish earthy maltage. Possibly just a little too sweet but I love the almost iodine character from the peaty notes in the finish. Solid stuff from Milton.

(Cask at Oakdale Arms, Harringay, London, 24 April 2008) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, apricots and fresh notes of grassy hops. Malty, fruity, clean taste with notes of citrus and a dry, hoppy, grassy finish (almost leaning in the german pilsner direction). Some malt sweetness in the middle. Nice and very refreshing.
