Nov 2, 2009 Draft at the OF. Thin orange-gold color. Minimal head. Creamy mouthfeel, not unlike a DeKoninck or a lower ABV Belgian Blonde. Very sessionable, my favorite beer I’ve had from MAH. An excellent Ameri-Belgo Singel. Watery sweet finish. Worth a try.
JPDIPSO (4862), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA
May 13, 2009 Dark golden with just a few bubbles adrift atop. Aromas of toasted malt and light fruit, mostly raisins. Some bits of grass as well. Caramel and lightly toasted malt in the start. Slightly yeasty middle with some herbal notes. FInish has a a bit of wood and dry grain. Couldn’t sit with this one for a long time, but a decent quaff.

May 9, 2009 On draft at MAH. Pours amber without much head. Aroma is nearly non-existent. Flavor is without any Belgian characteristics, and is along the lines of a light lager. Left me wondering if the right keg was connected to this tap.

Apr 12, 2009 On tap at Sugar Maple. Amber-yellow with next to no head. Aroma of faint sweet and toasted malt with not much else. Taste of malt, mild fruit and yeast, not a whole lot going on with the flavor either. Medium bodied beer is smooth with a dry finish that has some burnt malt characteristics. Just couldn’t get into this one.
