Tap @ brewery. Aroma was mostly wheat grain. Yellow body with small white head. Flavor seemed to have a decent citrus to it. Had a glass of this after a sampler plater so the palate may of been a bit confused.

2006: Pours to a very cloudy straw/pine colored body with a thin white head. The flavor is wheaty, lightly yeasty, light orange citrus, bready. The aroma is lightly bready. The palate is smooth, slick, easy drinking, refreshing. The flavor is slightly better than a 7... perhaps some graham cracker hiding in the flavors. 5, 3, 7, 4, 13 = 3.2

2007: Pours to a hazy dark pine colored body with a thin creamy white head. The flavor is heavy on the bitter orange rind with notes of coriander and pale malt. The oranges are extremely forward. Too much so. The aroma is light with subtle yeasts, orange peel, and simple malt. The palate is bitter and average. A very plain wit.

Straw yellow color with a white head. Aroma was pretty mild wheat. The taste seemed really lacking. There was some wheat, but very weak. After a few sips, the wheat just disappears and it turns to water. Disappointing.

Cloudy straw color with a small off white, dense head. Only one ring of lace, Aroma of lemon infused manure. Not really a bad arora, a fresh from the farm manure of grass and grain. Lemon and wheat sweetness. finsih of lemon lime soda finish. A summer type quaff.

7/23/04 (6/5/7/3/13). Opaque piss-yellow body, short-lived white head. Lemony, peppery aroma. Wheat notes in the flavor along with lemon zest, pepper and some mustard notes. I enjoyed this spicier rendition of a wit.

8/5/2006. Cloudy amber-orange body. Smells like coriander, wheat husk and some rubber. The flavor is backed by green apple, wheat and seasoned by husk, coriander, a hint of orange oil, and some solvent. Muddled spiciness and too sweet to be refreshing.
