Commercial Description:
Traditional Bavarian lager delicately hopped for balance.
At the height of the beer garden days in Milwaukee, brewers needed fantastic entertainment to attract the crowds of thirsty locals. One of these acts involved the Flaming Damsel . This mysterious lady made her living by lighting herself afire and diving from a high platform over the river. Always a repeat performance!

On tap at 3 Cellars, I enjoyed this. I was very thirsty at the time ,and this went down as nice as could be. Grainey aroma and flavor of a good German lager, slight bit of honey sweetness to make it interesting and insure that you don;t chug it,clean satisfying aftertaste. Whats not to like

Coppery red with a small, creamy white head. Rich malty aroma with floral hops and grains. Flavor is loaded with sweet, toasty malt and a light floral hop backbone. A nice, smooth malt finish with a light, grainy acidity to round it out. Remind me of a very satisfying Vienna.

Supposedly they changed the style of this beer to a Vienna. The beer pours to a clean copper colored body with a creamy thin white head. The aroma is a nice corn silage and other Vienna aromas of specialty malts and crisp grains. The flavor has an intensely concentrated malted barley flavor. Subtle corn silage. Nice Vienna flavors. I love the crisp maltiness. The palate has a nice velvety feel that has a decent malt linger. Bitterness is subtle. A malt forward refreshing beer. I enjoyed it very much.

Dark golden color with just a hint of red. Clean crisp malt and a hint of floral hops. Lightly toasted and pale malt sweetness in front taken back by a dried flower hops balance. Nice, clean, balanced, just what I am looking for in a lager. Finish has a touch of acidity to give a little quenching quality. A nice lager to the line up of otherwise ales.

A very simple Premium Lager. A good mix of fruit flavors and good body as well.

This beer pours a golden colour, with a big white head. Aroma is pleasent, fruity and smells very fresh. Scattered lacing all around the glass. Flavors are of apple, pear and lemon. I thought it was a great heavy lager, lots of flavor and it definately fills you up.
