May 19, 2008 Cask, Hazy golden color with a thin, light tan covering of bubbles with nice. lace. Caramel, wheat and orange zest aromas. Flavors of wheat, orange, and light coriander. Seems a bit stale in flavors, perhaps its the cask thing, but not sure.

May 15, 2008 Well, this is the first witbier that I recall MAH making (but that’s because the previous examples weren’t very good). It is a pretty good base and the Grand Marnier added a nice orange component not common to witbiers. The aroma and palate is oranges, coriander, nice wheat malt, and a dash of cloves. Bright orange color but unfiltered. A creamy nitro head. Slick but moderate palate.
