Oct 7, 2009 Dark amber color with a small cask off-white head. Aromas of caramel, with justs hints of whiskey and vanilla. Flavors fallow suit. I appreciate that they may not have wanted to overpower the brew. But for me this is still and amber with a half dram of whiskey.

Jun 15, 2009 Tap. This beer did not really seem to be bourbon whiskey barrel aged like they said it was. I even saw them pour it. Amber body with a thin white head. Malty aroma and flavor. The palate was medium bodied. Regular Louie’s is better.
