Nov 22, 2006 Went back to my college homecoming a few weeks ago and just to relieve the old days and pick up a six pack as part of the tailgate. The "Beast" served its purpose for the day. Had to give it bonus points on the overall score just because of all the memories it gave me many years ago.

Nov 20, 2006 this is the beer our high school drank. because it is cheap. that is the only reason.. its nickname is beast because it isn’t smooth and isn’t good.

Nov 14, 2006 This is a nasty beer, it is a bubbly mass of foul tasting yellow "beer" water, its only claim to fame is that it is a light beer for poor fat guys with no taste buds!

24 oz can
Recent bottling, endured 10/06
One oz pour in a shot glass, rest drank from the can.
Poured light yellow with quickly diminishing white fizzy carbonation.
Smelt of moderate fruity cardboard and grain.
Taste was upfront light bubble gum grain sweetness followed by an awkward metallic twang on a curt finish. Mouthfeel was light, watery, fizzy and moderately metallic.
Overall, this beer is a joke. The awful taste trumps any average appearance. No taste here, just swill, and not even refreshing at that. I’d rather drink Mich Ultra, at least it tastes like clean water instead of lead infested water. This beer almost makes me like poker less. Almost. Yet I know if anybody drinks this stuff at the table, they might as well hand me their wallet.

Oct 3, 2006 Another of the low quality light lagers that isn’t quite the worst, but not far off the bottom. Light golden color. A little more malt flavor than Coors Light. Not as smooth as Buid Light.

Sep 20, 2006 Updated: Jul 18, 2007Light color. Smell of corn, hops and malt. Taste of malt and some hops. I like this for only 2 reasons. 1) It’s cheap and 2) Tastes great and goes down smooth in a beer bong and ONLY in a beer bong.
