Tap, at GBBF 2005. Pale gold, no head or condition. Strangely phenolic plastic in the nose, warm and sweet in the mouth with hints of plastic bottles and a gentle plasticy sweet finish.

Cask (gravity) at the Burton summer CAMRA festival 2005. A lovely medium dry perry, single variety, has that wonderfully fragrant nose of this Red pear, very smooth, very enjoyable.

Barrel GBBF 2005. Vinegar aroma. Vinegar and sour perries are present in flaovur. FInish is quite sweet, but still moderately dry.
