From the barrel at GBBF, August 2006. Very pale, silvery white colour. Clean and moderately fruity. On the dry side of medium. Not as juicy and fruity as some perries but nicely done.

GBBF 2006. A light yellow perry with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of pears. The flavor is dry to start off with combined with light notes of wood, then comes some sweetness with strong notes of pears, and towards the end the sweetness resides and the dryness comes back.

Barrel – GBBF. A greeny white coloured perry with a sweetish pear fruits inviting aroma. The taste is nice and drinkable. Quite light in flavour and light in alcohol in spite of the claimed 7%. Fruity and pleasant
