Anyway this is a chaotic beer, unusual but not bad at all Alex420 (48), Rome, Italy

"Belgium lambic" written on the bottle!! Black!!! Plastic, faint aceticness! Just a gone off beer. Terrible!!!

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 31, 2009 Real ale at Beer Belly Edobori. Seems to have been aged already 6 months. Pitch black like a stout, with a beautiful tan head and fine lines of bubbles rising to the top. Crazy color for the name but lovely. Citrus aroma, sour, with cherries. A bit like Sprite with root beer added. Quite sour flavor, very fruity with a lot of sweetness as well. Cherries, caramel, roasted malt. Very interesting. I would say it needs refinement, and should probably be aged another year. Quite young feeling, but fun and definitely would be a good thing to work on. They should change the name, however, because there is nothing lambic about it. It is a sour ale.
