Would love to include on some trades as a bonus because of the name, but, man was it ever dry and bitter. ucusty (1913), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 17, 2008 12oz bottle from Chalet Party Shoppe, Goshen, IN. Cloudy orange with large creamy white head. Slight spicy hops with some citrus, dry malt, slight lemon. Noble, citrus, grapefruit hop flavor with toffee, perfumy, slight dough in the finish, I wish it were hoppier but not bad. Nice creamy full body. Nice until that perfume flavor came out. WolfsBlood84 (103), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 22, 2007 12 oz Bottle - Pours a golden orange with nice white head. Everyone says its too carbonated, it is pretty cabonated, but - I think it adds to it - makes it unique and refreshing. Aroma is pine, hops, grapefruit, citrus, etc... Flavor is the same, although a bit more sub-dued - but good. Don’t know exactly why everyone is so down on this brew - it’s supposed to be a lighter and highly drinkable IPA for a normal bar patron - not necessarily a IPA elitest fanatic (not an insult - I consider myself one)! I think it achieves at the modest task which is its charge. If you are looking for big hops and big IBU bitterness try Mishawaka’s "Hophead." Drew (2410), Kent, Ohio, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 18, 2007 from my big fat party pak haul: Pale golden, big fizzy white head quickly diminished. Aroma was lightly sweet with hint of hops. Taste had a bit more hop to it, but was mostly malty and fairly thin and filled with prickly carbonation. Finished with a weird sawdust dry feel. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 26, 2007 Golden pour with a slight yellow head. Aroma is of grass, grain and very light floral hops. Bitter up front, slightly sour. High carbonation. Orange and grapefruit dominate the middle into the finish. Pretty rough overall but an extra point for having my home state on the bottle.
