Lightly tart, citrusy aromas. Light-bodied and very dry with vague sourish notes. Not completely horrible but most likely off - otherwise it’s definitely a very different IPA. 270105 jsquire (2113), St. Marys, Ohio, USA

Deep copper color in the imperial pint glass with a foamy off white head and a pine needle nose. Very easy drinking beer with flavors of pine and some orange peel, with a lingering grapefruit rind in the finish. Light mouthfeel for an IPA. It went well with my shepard’s pie. Nothing outstanding, but solid beer. can8ianben (907), Pasadena, California, USA

Colour is fine, but lacks the white fluffy head typically found with a good IPA. mattal (4), Munster, Indiana, USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 26, 2005 I liked this beer as far as their pale ales go. By living in Munster and drinking a steady dose of three floyds, I can almost honestly say that they ruined all other pales for me. This beer is not bad though at about 6%...a few will do the job.
