Mishawaka Jack, Shelli & Bruceski Wheat Ale

On tap at brewery: Clean golden hue with initial fizzy head which faded to near nothingness, almost no lace either. The aroma has notes of lemongrass, floral hops, biscuity malts, and some wheat esters. The taste is bland as expected with a light citric overtone and some wheat characteristics. Bland and watery tasting. Why do these brewers continue to produce such crappy wheat beers? Skip it and have a Four Horseman instead.
