frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Oct 23, 2008 Served a pinkish/vermillion under wispy white (not offensive to look at, but what ’’beer’’ looks like this, really?) Strong berries off the top, nutty late. Weird grainy fruit flavor, Trix/Frankenberry combo. I can’t approve of this.

Cletus (5001), Connecticut, USA Apr 14, 2008 Courtesy of stfun. Pours amber and hazy with a white head. Smells of raspberries. Tastes of tarte fresh raspberryes. Not much else to say. The raspberries are at the forefront and taste like fresh raspberries in a wheat beer. Very nice! xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA Jan 21, 2008 12 oz bottle from party chalet in goshen, IN. First question out of GF’s mouth, "why is my beer orange?". That was a farely accurate description of the color, but with a pink tinge and with small lasting white/off-pink head. Very candy raspberry aroma with still a solid malt backbone, not as bad as people have made it out to be, maybe a fresher bottle/newer recipe. Cough syrup flavor though with rich raspberries, malt and some spice. Nice medium creamy body. Surprisingly nice and not grainy like a lot mediocre fruit beers, I ALSO think it has a beat and you can dance to it. ucusty (1871), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Jan 13, 2008 Updated: Jan 14, 2008Pours red with small fizzy head and slight spotty lacing. Banana and raspberries on the nose. Nice fruity flavor, slightly watery. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 08/19/2007

ChainGangGuy (2522), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Aug 21, 2007 Appearance: Pours a hazy, bright yellow body with a fizzy, pink-tinged head.
Smell: Raspberry extract aroma.
Taste: Raspberries with a light, sweet graininess. A cloying, candyish finish, but thankfully it goes away quickly enough. In both the aroma and taste, the raspberry flavor seems conspicuously artificial.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Watery and oh-so fizzy.
Drinkability: It was a chore to finish, but I won in the end. CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA Aug 19, 2007 Pours a transparent effervescent bronze with an airy white head. Aroma of fresh, sweet sugary raspberries and a touch of pale malt. Body starts with s light malty sweetness and decent fruity raspberry character with some tart fruity balance toward a fairly clean, bittersweet finish. The raspberry flavor is pretty well done here. patrick767 (2016), fort wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 5, 2007 bottle - Pours hazy orange with lots and lots of raspberry in the aroma and very little head. The flavor is sweet and full of berries. The body is light and a little watery. All in all this beer is quite mediocre.
