Commercial Description:
Brewed using only the finest American grown ingredients available, "Wall Street Wheat Ale" is a refreshing, upbeat beer from the Mishawaka Brewing Company. "Wall Street Wheat Ale" is a light golden color and is refreshing and bubbling. It is perfectly aged and has great character, with subtle hop flavor that balances the slight malt sweetness.

Bottle: This looks okay, a golden yellow body with a decently sized head, but it smell like a freshly opened box of Wheaties with some lemon juice squirted in. You can taste the wheat and a little sweet malt, but the lemony flavor increases and gathers at the back of the throat. Rather uninspired rendition of a style that doesn’t thrill me too much to begin with.

This bottled brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of finely sized white colored bubbles that was long lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated orange brown colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was wheat and dough. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of tingly wheat and mild malt. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again. This one goes down easily! Very drinkble.

Draft MBC. Small white head that mostly lasted, sparse lacing, mostly transparent with a slight haziness, visible carbonation, and a yellow golden hue. Nose was banana, spicy and sweaty feet. Flavor was banana, malt, some spicyness and rather bland and boring. Tingly mouthfeel and medium body. Not real impressed with this one.

Tap. Light wheat aroma. Orange-yellow color with small head. Creamy wheat malt flavor with hint of orange/lemon. A very nice American wheat.

Bland especially for a wheat beer, not sure if it was a bad keg, but it basically felt like a watery pale lager. Strong on the wheat/corn flavour, nothing at all from the hop side of things. There wasn’t even the typical yeastiness of a wheat beer, none of the spice or citrus typically found, only in the lemon wedge served with it.

Draft sampler at MBC. Clear amber hue with a moderate white head that diminished slowly. Moderate wheat aroma. Light to medium body. Medium sweet wheat flavor with a short finish.

Had out of a little 2.25 gallon keg from the brewery. Drank on the golf course at a tailgate prior to the UM-ND football game. Not bad breakfast brew. Fair amount of carbonation. Somewhat sweet aroma. Nothing exceptional, but enjoyable all the same.

Almost clear golden pour with little appreciable head. Aroma picked up some bananas, wet hay, and other barnyard elements... not too inviting. Citrus hops first hit the palate, followed by a weird sour citrusy burst toward the back and on the finish. Thin mouthfeel. I’d recommend passing this one up.
