The nose is light with some malt and caramel notes. Medium carbonation with a light, watery mouthfeel. Hints of caramel, roasted malt, and mineral notes on the palate. Short finish. Drinkable, but not a lot of flavor or complexity there. AdamGott (190), Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 17, 2009 Looks like coca-cola, well maybe alittle more red with a slightly better head.
Tasks like a dark lager. Not much smell, some malt. Feels thin and goes down like water. Not complicated. drjay44 (792), Salida, Colorado, USA

Gimmic with the bottle. Like the ceramic more than the glass. gorditoabd (174), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 31, 2009 Pours more amber than brown. Nutty, malted aroma, not strong but detectable. Sweet, earthy taste that quickly fades. Almost a bit metallic and watery finish. As many others have said, it’s drinkable enough and does come in a cool jug.
