Dark amber, almost brown, not clear, translucent, kind of muddy. Good full flavor, no aftertaste, slight sweetness, not bad.

Yellow beer with a standard fizzy rapidly disappearing head. Good solid lager nose with a nice flavor of malts. Rather run of the mill though with good finish.

Standard lager. Thank you for telling me it was "lager beer". Bottle is a gimmick, makes it stand out among the rest, but the beer itself does not. Aroma of alcohol, hops, and malt. Flavor slightly bitter, mild on the tongue, with nothing very distinctive about it.

This is a pretty solid lager. Clean crisp taste, notes of hops throughout. It was good, but it didnt really grab me (not many lagers have though). A top choice on a hot day. Cool bottle too.

Pretty fair ’Lager’. Malt nose, dark amber color, decent head and some lace. Clean and fresh, with some hop presence, and a somewhat dry finish. Quite a nice bottle as all the ladies at work wanted an ’MT’ for display. Their Black and Tan is a pretty fair brew also. Both beers fall in the ’Drinkable’ category, good not great.

Strangely, the ’Mississippi Brewing Company’ is located in Utica, NY. Hoppy taste, rather sweet. Alcohol flava sort of bums me out. Not like other lagers. Much maltier. Mega-malty nose.

Not a bad lager, good balance of malt and hops, slightly sweet. Like the black and tan better though.
