The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, much foam. Starts mild, modest spicy, finish a little bit sweet. Very drinkable und good beer!

May 27, 2008 Bottled, thanks jeverszeuge! Hazy golden, lively head. Aroma of grass and vegetables. Dryish with cracker-like clean malt profile. Fragile and crisp with growing late bitterness. A decent helles, but pity about the aroma.

Mar 13, 2008 bottle, thanks to Bochum! Golden yellow, slightly hazy, large and persistent white head. Medium-bdied, malty with hints of grain. Slightly hopppy, especially in the finish.

Mar 7, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear, pale golden with a white head. Clean, malty aroma. Medium body with sweetish, clean malt and a whiff of flowers. The finish is dry. 260208
