a much nicer product than the original Jökull and much more like the style they are trying to reproduce. Nice caramelt malts, floral notes and tingling bitterness. Overall inoffensive and fine, but nothing outstanding

Odd smell of canned caviar. Soft malty flavour with a hint of liquorice. Not a bad session.

Pours deep, clear darkish amber with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, sweet light resiny hops, some crispness, light berries. Spritzy carbonation, a bit thin. Flavour is quite fruity, almost bordering on infected. But it isn’t. Caramel, sweetness and very light hops.
