On tap at the brewery on 7/13/09 as Rocket Bike Wit (apologize if this is wrong place). Pours hazy dark gold with orange hints. No head. Good banana and clove aroma, with touch of cinnamon. Well balanced sweet bread flavor that is incredibly smooth. Easily my favorite Moab beer.

Had this one on draught at the brewpub in Moab, Utah. Hazy, medium yellow pour with a foamy white head, a nice citrusy nose with some crisp maltiness, orange dominates but a good citrus character, mild finish but a decent sample.

On tap at the brewpub in Moab. Pours a cloudy orange with a thin white head. The aroma is mostly spices and citrus. The flavor was full of coriander, oranges, pepper, banana, and a rich malt. A very nice Wit. Full bodied and smooth.

Opaque, almost tan colour. Fruity, spicy note with a fair bit of yeastiness. Very spicy, almost harshly so. Big malty body. Dry, spritzy finish.

Bottle, special procurement: listed as Moab White Rim Wit. Semi-clear with thin head. Bland nose, slight banana fruitiness. Sweet, tart, even slight bitterness floating around in the flavors. Not so bad, not so good either.

Hazy yellow with no head or lace. Wheaty aromas with a touch of sour citrus.

NABA ’05: Clear yellow, nose of spicy yeast and light spices (coriander, orange peel, etc, etc). Creamy malt body and noble tasting hops. Solid mouthfeel with a lightly husky finish but still a good witbier.
