Oct 12, 2009 12oz bottle acquired in trade with douglas88 (thanks!). Poured a deeper and cloudy orangish/amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, some floralness, and toasty. Tastes of floral hops and the same toastiness. Flat tastes and flat and somewhat watery body.

Aug 8, 2009 On tap at the brewery on 7/13/09. Pours a nice copper with good lacing. Very little aroma. This is one of the more flavorful Moab brews, but onfortunately that flavor lacked any complexity was just straight bitterness and not very drinkable.

Jul 21, 2009 Tap at Moab Brewery. Amber body, with a small off-white head. Aroma is hops, fruit and citrus. Flavor is hops, grapefruit and notes of caramel.

Jul 20, 2009 Bottle pours a hazish amber with a thin off white head which lasts fairly well. Has a floral aroma with touches of yeast and fruit. Has a good good flavor a touch spicy and bold. Has an oily texture. A fairly good finish with a decent aftertaste. A fairly good beer with good flavor and very refreshing.

Jul 9, 2009 On tap a few weeks back in SLC. (Bayou). Color was quite attractive; a copper/red. Aroma was florally and yeasty; quite nice as well. Flavor of flowers, bread and earth. Mildly hopped, but it worked out nicely.

Jun 26, 2009 Courtesy of THE douglas88, thanks again. Pours brownish copper with gold hues and thin white head. The aroma has notes of malts, crystal malts, hints of pine hops and grapefruit hops. The taste is full of malts to go along with a mild amount of roast then moving toward a modest level of pine hoppiness. Toward the finish a bit of hops return with a bit more hop bitterness than before and lingering into the after taste.

Jun 21, 2009 Bottle courtesy of Ibrew2or3. Pours a hazy light amber color with thin white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with light notes of citrus, honey, grass, hints of grapefruit and caramel. Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of light floral hops, citrus, light grapefruit, hints of spice. Generally light to medium body with a light floral hop finish.

Jun 17, 2009 Thanks IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours clear yellow-brown with a white head. Nose is malt, caramel, spice, and a slight stinging hop aroma. Flavor is caramel and spice that dominate. Nice starter pale ale at 4%-- light to medium bodied.
