Aug 8, 2009 On tap at the brewery on 7/13/09. Pours a nice amber, touch of white head. Hoppy aroma with malty caramel background. Don’t have much more notes on that other than that it finished sweet. Only thing I remember is that this was more balanced and flavorful than some of the other Moab beers, but sticking to my notes for the rating.

Jul 23, 2009 Hoppy nose on this amber pour. Loaded with hops and has a good amount of bitterness which is just what I wanted on this steam beer. It has a sweet finish as well.

Jul 21, 2009 Tap at Moab Brewery. Clear copper body, with a small offwhite head. Aroma is hops and caramel. Flavor is brown sugar, malt and hops. Nice.

Jul 28, 2008 Had this one on draught at the brewpub in Moab, Utah. Clear, medium reddish brown pour with a thick, fluffy tan head and an excellent citrusy hoppiness in the nose, a nice smokey, coffee bitterness, a touch of fruit, and a strong finish, especially for a 3.2. Great.
