The hue is a hazy straw color with a billowy and quickly receding white frothy head. …That almost sounds good…but instead of picturing a nice Saison (which I just made it sound like), picture a Saison with a cat’s head in it. That’s how attractive this beer is. The aroma is primarily and almost exclusively of a vitamin bottle. Plastic and all. Some adjuncty goodness lies beneath. The flavor is slightly (more than expected) sweet and the finish is quite drying with medicinal (non)qualities. Though, compared to the aroma, the flavor is rather bland (thank Eris). Mouthfeel is thin, fizzy and lifeless. Go figure. Urk. I suppose the upside to this beer is that…uh, nevermind. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 25, 2006 This was a strange one. A white head topped a cloudy dark yellow body. The aroma was grass and lemon scented dish soap. The taste was grassy with tobacco and old hot tea that has sat out too long. This is bitter and earthy tasting. beerguy101 (3946), Newark, California, USA
| 1.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | May 22, 2006 This spiced/herb beer pours a fizzy yellow gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Infused with taurine, ginseng, caffeine and thiamine this beer smell like a Flintstones Vitamins bottle, Probably the thiamine. A light bodied lager. Malts are mild. Sort of neutral tasting, most of the flavor seems to come from the carbonation. Stuff isn’t that bad, but I have to take an overall point away from it for the aroma. I can’t rate the aroma a negative number. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is neutral. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 22, 2006 This wasn’t bad, there just wasn’t much to it. was almost clear in color, with huge foamy white head. The aroma as corn, citrus, and flinstones vitamin powder. flavors include cream soda, carbonation, and a splash of citrus. flavor is there with a bang and gone just as fast. Cloudy yellow apperance with a mediciney flavor. The mouthfeel is carbonated. Not good. bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA

The first time I compared it to Stella and Mad Hatter, and it held up amazingly well. The second time I had it with Trumer and St. Therese’s and, again, was pleasantly surprised. I did feel the energy effect, but the bartender told me that because of its ingredients that the beer is hangover free. I’ll have to put that to the test! gsmitty80 (646), Washington DC, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 2, 2005 Im sorry i dont have to much information about this beer but i moved to Charleston, SC yesterday and started trying new beers right away. This beer only sells in about 30 bars on draft and in bottles. The website does not advertise the beer but i believe it will be a success if it can overcome the first test in such a small market. For more information there is an informative article here http://www.thestate.com/mld/thestate/business/1025 The beer itself is consitent with lagers and has a pale appearance with very little head or lacing. It has a sweet taste that one might confuse with a fruit beer. The bottle is green with a black circle on the front and a black swirl on the back, very attractive marketing. As for the energy boosting effects, i cannot yet determine. If you need any more information feel free to send me a message and ill help the best i can.
