heemer77 (3647), Savannah, Missouri, USA Jun 8, 2008 Tap at the brewery. Apparently the end of a batch. The body was dark amber. The pumpkin seed dominated the aroma was some roast and nuttiness. The taste was pumpkin seeds with some light grapefruit. An interesting brew, especially surprising is now little pumpkin seed it takes to add that character. NachlamSie (1344), Tennessee, USA Apr 28, 2008 on tap. Pours a cloudy copper with a nice white head. The aroma is quite strong with definite nutmeg, subtle pumpkin, some citrusy/lemony hops. The mouth is slightly sticky with a nice clean caramel backbone. The nutmeg comes out in the finish and light lemony hops ring throughout the drink. This is surprisingly good for the style. It cuts the difference between being overly spiced or bland. And thanks to the hoppy character, this still tastes like real beer. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 11/04/2006
