Moccasin Bend Once in a Blue Moon Juniper Pale Ale

Slight hazed golden/orange pour. Rich sweet toasted malt with a hint of citrus. Decent hoppiness with a nice malt kicker. A tad thin and watery but another decent drinker.

Draft sample at the brewery. Slight darker golden with a creamy off-white head that had a thin layer lasting. Aromas of juniper and toasted malts. The flavor found juniper, citrus, and a light malt backing. Light to medium body and light bitterness.

on tap-pours a rich off white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is floral/spice hops, secondary light malt. Taste is floral/spice hops-some bite, secondary sweet light malt. Easy.

Golden copper with a smooth white foam. Aroma is lightly toasty, light juniper spice. Taste is much more juniper, piney and grassy when combined with the hops. Solid toasted malt body. Much prefer this over their bottled version.
