Commercial Description: An easy going session beer consisting of equal parts wheat and American 2 Row Malt. What about the watermelon you say? Chunks of fresh watermelon are juiced and the juice is reduced under low heat and added during the second stage of fermentation. Some of the melon essence ferments but a very slight aroma and sweetness remain. A refreshing light bodied ale that won’t put you under the table (unless you want to be).
