eyesandsmiles (178), Mission Viejo, California, USA Jan 3, 2008 really disgusting. came in one of those beers of the worlds packs my parents got me for christmas. gross. I don’t know if I can finish. jcwattsrugger (3793), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 25, 2007 12oz bottle-pours a disappearing white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is sweet caramel malt/grain, faint hops. Taste is pale Rauchbier!?, then caramel medium/light malt. OK/mild carbonation. Not my style.
Bov (4604), Bienne, Switzerland Oct 1, 2007 courtesy of Pascal Sauser - very pale yellow colour, little head; astonishing smokey nose, notes of ashes; poor malt body but the smoke gives it a decent profile; moderate aftertaste of ashes - I doubt that this beer is under control, but the result is indeed interesting Tipsy_McStager (818), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mar 16, 2006 Completely repugnant on every level. Some beers I’ve rated low on principle, but this one definitely deserves its terrible rating. Taste is similar to fermented compost. Disgusting... presario (2392), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mar 15, 2006 Quite possibly the worst beer I have ever tasted. It was even protected in a 500ml brown bottle. Poor head. Thin gold colour. Aroma of vinegar and alcohol says "drain pour" even before it touches your lips. Flavour of rotting fish, asbestos and fiberglass insulation.
