Aroma is grainy to pilsner like hoppy. Flavour is medium sweet with a solid note of Belgian yeast, quite grainy, caramel malt and a mild bitterhops note which reminds me of a blend between a classic pilsener and a Belgian ale. Ends light grainy and bitter PhillyBeer2112 (2086), Orange Park, Florida, USA

Bright yeasty nose with white pepper, lemon, and thyme along with that classic Dupont bready yeast. Flavor started with a medium tart acidity that faded the further I drank, surely just an adaptation. The yeasty spiciness began to come through, with more of the same spices shown in the aroma. Palate was medium with plenty of carbonation but otherwise a nearly smooth mouthfeel. I enjoyed the velvety meringue of the head, which not only looked good but provided a good introduction to the flavor when some of it slipped past the lips. Cloudy yellow color. Lingering pepperiness, light bitterness, a touch of citrus. Great. WISEGUY572 (1245), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

My bottle was brilliant but hazy gold with a huge shaving cream firm white head ... looked like a lemon meringue pie. Gorgeous. Nose of oranges, cloves, pepper, and hops. Moderate mouthfeel. Taste of citrus, sourness, clovey peppery bite, typical Dupont saison yeast, bitter, sour, complex finish. Really very nice. markwise (1179), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA

It has a peppery citrus taste with plenty of carbonation and yeast and finishes a bit dry. It’s good! Then it’s gone! johndavidj99 (123), Township, Maine, USA

There are what looks like spices on top of the head! I have never seen that. The beer itself is orange/golden. The aroma is yeasty bubblegum. Malty sweet citrus y taste that is soft and too carbonated for my liking. Next time I drink it, I will pour it fast to rid the CO2. This is a complex beer with a malty backbone. I am not sure about it. grandet (481), Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma is yeast all the way, lightly spicy and peppery. Flavor is a little tart, peppery, some band-aid phenols in there, grassy and the yeast just dominates. Thick mouthfeel and lots of lively carbonation. Funk is light and it’s all yeast with this badboy.
