| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 25, 2007 Pours cloudy amber with a rich white head that has lots of sudsiness on the top layer. The aroma has orange zest, coriander, musty malt and light caramel. There is some muddled aspect to the aroma. Medium crisp grainy body with some light sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with the musty malt then a very sharp grainy flavor comes in with citric aspects, pepper, coriander and grains of paradise. The finish is all crisp spice. A very well made saison.
