| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 4/5 | 8/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Bottle. Something bad happened here. Bad bottle? Lightstruck to hell? Not sure. Murky yellow with a huge, fluffy white head. Skunky nose, light spice. Crisp, but the skunkiness kills it. Rerate with a fresh bottle. marchcow (664), Coralville, Iowa, USA

Opaque dark golden color with thick bubbly white head. Flavor is rich apple, pear, citrus, light malt. Sweet up front with a light bitterness on the finish. I didn’t get a lack of flavor on this bottle. Rich on the palate. Well carbonated. Easy to drink. Very good. Another good one from Dupont. Their beers are never shocking, but always extremely tasty and solidly constructed, slimchill (778), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2007 Bottle. Nose is sour, light fruit notes. Some peach, sour apple, and hints of spice. Beer is opaque orange-brown with huge white head. Frothy and immense. Upfront is apple-yeast esters which fold into a tinge of spice, which lingers. Overall impression is sour but mostly balance with a sharp mouthfeel. badlizard (2345), Berkeley, California, USA

Pours a hazy straw golden, with a thick sea-foamy head. Very grassy aroma, with notes of yeast, something that hints at peppermint, light hops, Not really a whole lot going in the flavor here. A bit of grassy hops, and some definite yeasty notes, but not much else. Palate and quite average for this style, just a bit of lingering grassy flavor, and some fresh herb hiding in there as well. Flavor is certainly disappointing after the pleasant aroma, but still very drinkable, just not much to speak of. michael-pollack (2665), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Jul 19, 2007 Draught. Earthy aroma. Smells of Belgian yeast and apples. Poured golden in color with a bight white head that lasted throughout. Great lacing. Cloudy. A few particles. Very faint flavor. Slight flavor of spices. Almost tastes like water. Very light body. Oily texture. Soft carbonation. Lightly sweet finish. Easy drinking. No flavor. thenick (744), North Bellmore, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 17, 2007 Pours a hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aroma was citrus with some slight yeast characteristics. Flavor was the same; crisp but a bit watery and hardly the best saison I have tried.
