Sampled this as Dupont Foret at the Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Friday Evening Beer Tasting. Pours a golden blonde brew with a thick creamy fast dissolving head. Aroma has a lot of citrus, tangy fruit, yeast, and white pepper. Taste is tangy and yeasty with some earthy aftertaste.

Earthy spicy smell. Light orange with a big fluffy head. Opaque. Very soft warm flavor. The flavor is inviting, I cannot name particular flavors, but the flavor feels like being with someone you love. That sounded so sappy... moving on. Velvety smooth mouth feel. I love it!

This is a real treat. This saison offers a wide range of emations from nuts, citrus, clove, and allspice. It has a great texture and gives you a nice long finish!

Hazy golden pour with thick, cakey-white head. Aroma is sweet with spices, clove, and citrus. Flavor is a nice spicy mix of clove, lemon, yeast, dough, and some nice hop bitterness. Complex and flavorful.

The aroma was the most enjoyable part of this beer for me. It was absolutly delightful. It had a fantastic orange and lemon scent. From the bottle it poured a cloudy golden hue. Its initial taste was tart, with hints of lemon coming through as it rolled across the tongue. Medium pallate with a tangy finish. I’d drink this again, but I do prefer the Saison Dupont over this.

Bottle from Dilly Deli. Poured hazy yellow color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate yeasty spice and tart citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet citrus flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid refreshing beer.
