| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 18, 2009 Updated: May 19, 2009Right from the first pop of the cork, I could pick up on the strong funky earthy and musty aromas; hadn’t even poured it yet! Pours a very nice hazy golden color with a thick rocky white head. Smells of deep spice and rich sweet fruits coming alongside those earthy notes. Tastes of spice, some sweet citrus, and yeasty. The finish is very nice with the lightly bitter hops and some tart as well. Very refreshing. ansermadide (508), Kyle, Texas, USA
