Aroma is very spicy with lots of floral notes and a good bit of nose tickling sprtiziness. Cloudy yellow in color with a gorgeous , fluffy white head. Citrus, bannana, whipped cream and a lot of yeast. Very tasty though and has a comforting creaminess in the mouth.

Mine has the Foret label from the splash page. Turbid gold pour with aroma of citric floral spiciness and some fruits. The taste is citric, with flowery spices, malty fruits, and some barnyard. Great complexity and well balanced. This one is fantastic, and now available in North Carolina. Get ya some, and get some for your mother too!

750er with the FORET lable...Cloudy haze in a yellow urinal. popped like a bottle of champagne and couldn’t hold its own after bout 10. very acidic grapefruit bunches with citrus, stale tasting yeast and such. Nothing too big here to go on about, but it’s an enjoyable saison. Just not my favourite.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with an averaged sized head. Lots of small floaters. Aromas of spices (mainly cloves), lemons, yeast, and some bananas. Tastes of citrus, yeast, and light bananas. As strange as it sounds, it also reminded me a little of a vanilla wafer. Thinner body.

Bottle. Some hoppiness in aroma, not fruity, but dried grassy. Cloudy golden colour. Stable, creamy white head. Weakly aromatic hop flavour. Dry cardboard finish, a little peppery.

My first foray into Saisons, but while this beer had a sick, chunky, long-lasting head, it was surprisingly watery for a 7.5% alcohol beer. Not very malty or hoppy. Disappointing for a $7 750mL bottle. The only really distinguishable flavors are organic-ey tastingness with slight bananaey notes. Not something I’d buy again.

25 oz corked bottle. Sold in US so labelled as Foret Organic. Egregious head of chunkiness. Overall appearance is very nice. Yellow-orange and cloudy. Aroma is not the strong point of this beer. Taste is of yeast, bananas, cloves, organicness. Smooth on the palate. Decent to Nice Saison
