25 oz corked bottle. Sold in US so labelled as Foret Organic. Egregious head of chunkiness. Overall appearance is very nice. Yellow-orange and cloudy. Aroma is not the strong point of this beer. Taste is of yeast, bananas, cloves, organicness. Smooth on the palate. Decent to Nice Saison

Pours a cloudy yellow with a big head. The smell was not pleasant, not something I would want to drink. I’m not sure if something went wrong or what. Very carbonated. Tastes range from bananas to a kind of spicyness. Pretty lacing; I’d wear it. And I’m male.

Pours cloudy yellow, with a white head. Aromas are yeast, citrus, and sour malt. Flavors are citrus, yeast, a little banana, and some spice. Not sour at all, l,ike the aroma hinted at. Really nice.

750 mL bottle. Pours hazy, cloudy yellow with a huge foamy, creamy white head with thick lined lacing. Wheat and banana yeast (cobwebs, dough), bubblegum and light malt aroma. Spicy bitter malt and yeast flavor with banana and wheat notes, a little acidic. Light bodied and fizzy, lightl creamy smooth palate.

Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeast, sour skunk, some clove, and banana. Body is similar to a good hefe. Nice and thick with cloves and banana as the flavor. Slightyly dry in the finish. Solid malt body and fizzy on the tongue.

Bottle of Forêt, aged about one year
A light caramel color, with a thick, off-white head and traces of deposit.
Sticky sweet and juicy oranges, it wasn’t as yeasty as the fresh sample I’ve had before, it was fusty, but the spices weren’t as pronounced.
Carbonation still good, decent mouthfeel with a good malty backbone and a bit of orange and anis, I liked it fresh better.

Cloudy golden body with a very interesting head. At the end of the pour it looked like something phallic, but for this site I will just say it looked like lips. Gotta 5/5 that. Beautiful lacing on the glass as well. Aroma is mostly yeast and pepper, but also some oranges and straw. Flavor is basically the same, quite enjoyable.

Got this from a buddy who travels for work and tries to grab brews for me. Foret label. Poured gold and clear, white head. Fruity aroma, spaices as well. This was ok, not my cup of tea.
