Bottle: Another from Schroppfy’s gathering that I’m not sure who brought. Strong citrus aroma with some other fruit and yeast. Pours a transparent orangish-gold with a large white head with very good retention. Nice lacing. Flavors are somewhat hefe-like. Citrus and banana up front with a citrus and spice finish.

had the desireable yeast and carbonation characteristics of the other Duponts I have had. Refreshing and lasting peppery aftertaste. Somewhat sweet fruity and acidic, with a spiciness.

Citrus and spicy aroma. Cloudy, orange-yellow coloured with a thin, white head. Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. well balanced. Spices (pepper ea), citrus, yeast, more hoppy towards the finish. Nice, fresh brew. Perfectly Dupont.

Very nice initial hop grass and bitterness. Great mouthfeel and citric pear qualities. White pepper possibly grains of paradise and follow through spice. Clean yeasty and bitter finish.

Yummy. Typically a dupont-style beer. I’m a big fan of this brewery! nice hopbitter and the yeast they use is fantastic.

Foret: This pours a hazy yellow with a lofty, frothy, sudsy white head. The aroma is organic lemon with quite a sour edge. The flavor is organic citrus fruits and organic spices (pepper, coriander...) with a small hit of organic hop bitterness. The finish is dry and feels a bit dirty (organic dirt). Naturally, a good drink.
