Bright orange color, thick head and lacing. Potent aroma, hoppy, funk, with peppercorns and honey-wheat. Spocy medium sized body, vanilla, sweet at first but with a dry finish, soothing honey at times as well. For a saison, low on the apple index; feels a lot like a tripel. Solid all around.

Pours yellow/golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma is strong of lemon and spice. Taste resembles saisons from Fantome, barnyard, slight citrus, big spice. Decent stuff.

Woah, this one shot out puffy bubbles once I popped the top and that was after it had been sitting for quite awhile. The bubbles alone smell very flowery & citrusy. Not a lot of different flavors in this one but that’s OK. Nice smooth zesty beer with a slight hoppy bite to round it off. A tad dry to the tongue. This would be a nice apertif. I’d definitely drink it again on a hot summer night.

Tasted it under the name Forêt, golden honey color, with a light foamy head. Full fruity-yeasty aromas of oranges, manderins with an hop accents, follow through a medium-bodied palate of a good fruity, floral flavors of apricots, peaches, citrus fruits, whith a plush citrus bitter hop finish.

A good mustiness to this beer, just smell the cork for a while after you open it.. mm tasty. Anyway, I’ve a feeling mine needed more aging because it was on the sweet side but was still highly enjoyable and exquisite- a very mellow drink with just the right amount of bitterness in it. This beer would most likely be best when paired with the proper food however, and not just drank alone.

First thing I noticed was the huge citrus aroma when the cork popped, mixed with spice and general funkiness. Looked great, orange with a puffy white head. Flavor was not as spicy as some saisons, but was pleasant, musk melon, orange, coriander, and spicy. Palate was a little thin, but may have just felt that way from a lot of carbonation.

750ml Foret. Cloudy golden color with a lasting white head and lacing. Fresh spring-like nose and a fruity (lemon, melon) peppery taste, lively on the palate and very refreshing.

Bottle Hazy, orange body. White head, mostly diminishing. Spare lace. Nose of herbs and pine. Moderately bitter flavour. Some vinegar in the flavour too. Fully bodied.
