Feb 2, 2009 Pours with a murky golden hue that sits below a medium sized bubbly white head that is mostly diminishing.
Aroma is spicy, with hints of oats, pineapple, honey, and bananna. Beer has a sweet smell of sorts. Sweet all the way through the nose.
Watery beginning flavor, turns into a bitter ending that is extremely yeasty and fruity. Beer tastes like nothing I have had before. Heavy alcohol taste for me, which is extremely warming on the digestive tract after a large meal - feels good.
Light texture, with medium carbonation.

pours a hazy yellow/orange with a small white head.
aroma is sweet and strong, yeast. flowers, fruity sweet & spicy, honey, banana.
flavor is a bit less complex than aroma, a bit more of a mixup, still nice belgian.

Jan 26, 2009 Botella. Cloudy orange with small particles. Medium white ehad. Sweet ripe fruity aroma with malt, some spice and yeast. Quite good mouthfeel. The flavour has ripe fruits, nice bitter hoppiness, good maltiness and some yeast. Pleasant sweet fruity bitter finish.

Jan 8, 2009 Pours a light cloudy golden orange, with a thin wjite head that dissapates quickly. Smells of apple, grass, pine and citrus, somewhat barnyard esc. Definitely barn yard in flavor stats off a little bitter then sweetens up. Cereal, pineapple, apple skins, dust.

Jan 6, 2009 Bottle. Creamy whiote excellent fully lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Heavy malty and hoppy complex aroma. Moderate bitter very fruity flavor. Long nice moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Really good saison.
