lachesis (759), St Idesbald, Belgium Oct 19, 2004 Very original beer with a light hazy appearance and with a airy ivory colored head. The color of the beer is brown with a reddish shine. It has a malty-vanilla smell untherbuild with smooked peat aroma’s and some medicinal hints. A little like the aroma of laphroaig malt whisky. It has a medium boddied taste with the roundnerss of pearsirup and some light roasted malts in it. In the afthertaste you can notice some hints of beefstock and roasted oakwood. Thanks Hervé for this rare beer.
