Medium-gold beverage with a sour malt and alcohol nose. Warm alcohol sensation with a slight bitterness. Fairly easy drinking stuff, with a lemony/acidic finish. Swill, but good for the swill category.

I used to drink this stuff for a good buzz in my first and second year college. Biggest issue with this beer is that it has strong offensive initial taste. If you can pass that initial two or three sips, then you won’t have a problem. =========== I wrote this few years back when I was freshman ======= It is cheapest beer I can find. I paid C$58.60 for 60 cans INCLUDING Deposit and Tax. That’s less than a buck a beer with 6.1% alcohol. My way to get around offensiveness was to get a lot of lemon and Ice. Drop ice cubes to water it down as well as put half a lemon per can. It will taste less offensive and more like spoiled cold lemon juice. At least it gets me drunk for less money while I’m in school. Can’t beat the price. Recommended for college parties. I remember the very first day I bought this beer and all I have in mind is strong metalic taste and amazing amount and smell of alchole.

One of the only beers I poured after the first sip. Absolutely terrible!

This was terrible! Metallic and alcoholic are all that come to mind. I poured the last half of it down the sink.

355 ml can, 6.1% a/v Nice gold color with a generous off white head. Nose is both metallic and boozy. Tastes sweet, malty, and a bit metallic. Goes down smooth, as long as its cold.

750ml can. Light gold colour, gigantic foamy white head upon pouring, predictably vanished to a light film of bubbles within 30 seconds. Lightly grainy, sweetish adjuncty nose. Was expecting something overly fizzy, but carbonation seemed very low, thin body. Alcohol barely perceptable. not much in terms of flavour at all, lightly sweet water.
