Commercial Description:
Using crystal clear water, the finest hops, and Canadian grown malted barley, the Molson Brewmasters slowly ferment each brew. This is followed by a cold ageing process where the temperature is lowered to a point where ice crystals begin to appear. The beer is then carefully filtered creating a smooth, drinkable brew with an appealing aroma.

Bottle- Sparkling gold body is swept up by a frothy white head. Corn and cardboard, with a mild hop presence that tries to come to the rescue. But all is lost. DMS, cabbage too. This beer is notably bland, and the finish is like wet air.

I don’t like regular Canadian, and I like this even less. I’m not sure what the "icing" process is meant to add, but this REAKS and tastes bad.

Looks and smells terrible. Doesn’t tastes as bad as the first appearance, but it certainly isn’t good either. Another beer for the list, that’s about all - glad I could buy a single.

I got a bottle of this in KC. Light gold body with a large white head. The aroma is light corn and honey with some bell peppers. The taste is corny and metallic. There is some honey ham and a little bit of apples. Not too bad.

Light straw colour. Virtually non-existant aroma. Sweet...candied apples, light acidity. Overcarbonated. Grains as far as the eye can see. You know, I’ve tasted macrobrew from all over the world and Canadian ones are about as bad as it gets. No redeeming features, this is really poor.

From the archives... Pours yellow with foamy white head that lasts for a while. Nose is crisp. Almost no flavor which is an advantage in a pale lager. Clean aftertaste. Very drinkable if very cold.
