Commercial Description:
Using crystal clear water, the finest hops, and Canadian grown malted barley, the Molson Brewmasters slowly ferment each brew. This is followed by a cold ageing process where the temperature is lowered to a point where ice crystals begin to appear. The beer is then carefully filtered creating a smooth, drinkable brew with an appealing aroma.

Excellent beer. Aroma is what a beer should be. Flavor is complex and has little alcohol taste with its 5.5% / vol level. Perfect when served Ice cold.

What a great beer! I had this when it was first introduced in Windsor ONT, and was greatly disappointed by the American ’Black Ice’ Counterpart. This is the only Ice beer can drinkwithout getting a hangover, and believe me, it has been put to the test. Also good on draft, or anytime you can find the stuff south of the Canadian Border.

Very similar to the other molson products, so in general it has a good taste.

for a macro brewed beer, this one sits near the top. Unlike its brother "molson canadian" this one has noticably cleen taste, and finish. This laced head dissapates quickly. dry clean taste, with a slight hint of sweetness. finishes with a slight bitterness from the hops, but not overpowering. great brew!

This was the first ice beer that I tried and I was pleasantly surprised. It had a floral aroma that I was unable to identify but was pleasant to the nostrils. The colour was beer like, a clear golden colour. It was very crisp to the taste with no clear identifiable flavours. A beer that goes down too damn easy.

just as good as molson canadian, but with the extra alcohol kick to make everything a little more fuzzy.
