This is an alright beer you can find pretty much anywhere. It is fine to drink over dinner (works best with red meat), but overall not much to talk about. This is a better beer that you can find in your neighborhood gas station.

Grew up on this beer... can’t say it is bad, as i’ve drank more than enough of it. Would only say that there are many far better beers out there. Read a comment about a hint of "gasoline" in the flavor... can’t say I ever caught that taste in it!

bottle. Pours a see-through pale gold with no real head. Why is this skunked? Smells like burning rubber, corn, boiled hay. . .The flavor has nasty plastic tastes, candy corn, some semblance of malt that one might find in beer. This is not too sweet, though not too good either.

Dig it. Typical Canadian Macro. I’m a fan, but I believe it is more of the "twin label technology" than the actual beer. Great for an afternoon of NCAA Football.

Great beer. Goes down smooth, not too expensive. Definitely one of the best lagers in Canada.

Rated 12/3/05: This is one of the best Canadian beers available to me. Beats all of the Labbatts hands down. Easy to drink and pleasant to the taste buds. Six packs are generally on sale so I can’t even complain about it being over priced, highly recommended as a beer to grab when in doubt.
