| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jan 28, 2007 From the tap, served in a standard bar pint glass.
Poured a clear bright reddish pale golden with a foamy white head.
Aromas of corn, grains and a lightly spiciness.
Good carbonation and a crisp, dry, smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel.
Tastes of grassy grains, sweet cooked corn, a soft spicy hoppiness, mildly bitter towards the end, and a dry, sweet corny, grainy finish.
Nothing special, but does the job, went well with my grilled chicken sandwich.

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 23, 2007 Bottle. Clear and golden colour with a rather short head. Weak sweetish bit maltish aroma. Flavour is bit thin, some malt, sweet, some hoppiness. Pretty boring simple beer. SwillNoMore (105), USA
| 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Jan 21, 2007 Bottle, from non-dimpled mug, at 55F. Bubbly white head fades to nothing. Color is perhaps half a shade darker than the average American pale lager. The very weak malt aroma is accented by an even weaker note of hops -- it must be noted that I am being very kind to even mention hops here, and perhaps it’s my imagination. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is flat. Flavor is indistinguishable from its American competition. Finish is indistinguishable from water. I’m not sure what this costs, but if it’s more than Budweiser, choose Bud. detroiter (958), Euphoria, Minnesota, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 21, 2007 Clear straw-gold color, sparse white head that quickly vanishes. Faint sweet grain aroma - maybe some corn. Tastes like it smells, a bit bolder than an American macro but far short of a good German lager for sure. Thin body but not too watery, finishes a bit dry. No aftertaste. lemansgranprix (20), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Bottle. Probably a good example of using clean water and quality hops in mass production. Non offensive lager. naoss (12), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
