Oct 29, 2006 As expected from a macro lager. Me and a few friends went out and the selection at the club was horrible (duh, it’s a stupid club). I decided that it couldn’t be that bad. Very wrong. At a premium club price of $3.75/bottle, I felt I got majorly ripped. The first thing I noticed was a very atrocious head. The beer was far from refreshing. It made me feel dehydrated, and the flavour was overly malty, almost like bad barley. Staying away from this one.

Oct 25, 2006 No smell is better than bad smell. No head, but is a bit darker than most macrobrews. A swill, no flavor...good hot weather beer. Harsh on the palate, almost stings. Must be a lot of canadienne raters, no way this deserves a 2.1.

Oct 19, 2006 Standard macro offering aside from a less faint...dare i say hoppiness...and breadiness in the aroma. Flavor is watery besides some sweet, sort of wheaty, corniness and maybe, just maybe a twinge of hoppiness somewhere in the distance. Not the worst, but there are much better values for this style and price range.

Oct 18, 2006 Canette de 355 ml achetée au ANBL (Caraquet, N-B). Arôme: Légère odeur d’houblon. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Rien de particulier dans le goût ne me vient. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence fruité en arrière goût. (Rating #692)

Oct 14, 2006 I can’t stress how shameful it is to have the word "Canadian" represent this swill. Tastes like drinking an ashtray full of corn. If you want a big-name bland Canadian macro lager, get Blue. It’s still crumby, but at least it’s not insulting.

Oct 12, 2006 This beer has a light barly taste and is easy to drink. It poured with a golden body a white head. There is not much else to say.
