| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 29, 2006 I will drink this beer if it is free. I will never got to the store and seek this beer out. It’s certainly not the worst out there, and it’s okay to drink to get drunk, but it’s certainly not a party in your mouth. JohnnyJ (1352), Carlsbad, California, USA

| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jul 18, 2006 (12 oz bottle: BevMo in La Jolla, CA) I was hoping this wouldn’t be awful, but when the predominant flavor is cardboard, it’s a pretty bad beer. To make matters worse, it’s sweet and the "malt" base is pretty nasty too, so this has an awful aftertaste and isn’t refreshing in the least. The nose is a combination of cardboard and stinky socks, so this smells even worse than it tastes. Light-bodied with average carbonation, but this is anything but clean and crisp on the palate. Medium straw in color with perfect clarity, it’s disappointing that I can count the number of carbonation streams on one hand. And every few seconds, a large bubble puts on a jet pack and races to the surface at break-neck speed. The fluffy, white head settles very quickly to a thin, filmy layer, so all in all, this isn’t even an attractive beer. Just brutally awful beer and a drainpour even when cold.
