OK, even using the word character for a beer like this is unnecessary. Hint of bread and more than a hint of peppery alcohol. Better than it deserves to be, but not good. On the pour shows a pale golden colour and a decent white head. Aroma of corn, sugary sweetness, a bit of malt. Flavour is sweet, slightly flowery, smooth sweet finish. There is actually some bitterness detectable, but its raspy and unrefined. Still, not as bad as it could have been. Radek Kliber (3962), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Aroma very sweet, tons of sweet sugar, malt. I had in glass yes, reminds me of Navigator. Not as bad, if you like sweet, sweet strong brews. Hints of fruity malt, honey, flowers. Now if they added some Goldings . Nah, now I am asking to much form malt liquor. Am I? CapFlu (3483), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Sold solely on the Molson <!-- i -->Total Satisfaction Guarantee<!-- /i --> - it must be good. A highly alcoholic face with a nose of corn syrup and camp fuel. Flavour is highly lacquered of corn oil, iodine and menthals. No real burn for the 8% but no real satisfaction either... Stinky-- wet dishrag and alcohol. The taste is truly aweful-- harsh chemical and alcohol burn. Really weird actually. My first drainpour in a long time.
