Bottle @ Maria tasting. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is butterscotch , caramel. flavour is butterscotch, caramel, fruit, yeast, malt. A little bit ordinary.

12 oz bottle. Poured amberish copper in color with a small beige head. Aroma is grainy, toffee, and slightly bready. Taste of caramel malt, slight citric sweetness, and roasted toffee. The finish sticks around for a little while but has a slight sour note to it. I’m getting a very distinct taste from all of the Mommeriete brews. Not like a typical amber in my opinion.

Bottle @ Thisted Tasting by Maria.. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Courtesy of Bierkoning. Nice copper color with an Ok head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, citrus and the finish is dry like in grapefruit combined with a slightly burnt dry feel.
