Jul 8, 2009 Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some sourness, wood and mild herbal notes. Flavour is sour wood, sweet malts, some wheat as well as flowery hops. Mild yeasty notes as well. Kind of like Hefeweizen is meeting an IPA. Lovely and refreshing.
