Typical appearance, aroma and flavor of a german pilsner...It has a pale yellow body with a medium white head. Light floral hop in the aroma with mild pale malt and light sourish yeast. Medium bodied pilsner charactert with some malt in the taste with mild and herbal hop. Light bitterness in the short aftertaste. Fine, little bit better pilsner than the average other stuffs..

Flowery flavor with lemon and cologne. An underlying but still firm hopbitterness. Maybe too flowery for my taste, but certainly a well made pilsener. Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA
